Position Overview
The Registrar & Academic Office Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the academic building and is responsible for maintaining academic records, coordinating class schedules, supporting faculty, and serving as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update academic records, transcripts, and report cards.
- Manage course scheduling and assist with rosters and teacher assignments.
- Provide administrative support to counselors, principal, and faculty.
- Assist in student attendance tracking and academic tracking.
A preferred candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree; however, relevant administrative and academic experience will be strongly considered. The candidate will be reliable, have strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, be professional, discreet and collaborative with faculty, administration, students, and parents. Experience in an educational setting and independent boarding schools or private schools is a plus.
