Location: Richmond

LHH is looking for a polished administrative professional for a 4-6 week temporary assignment supporting a professional office environment.

This role offers a 7.5-hour workday with a start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and requires business professional dress in a client-facing setting.

* Provide front desk reception coverage and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors

* Greet guests, escort them to conference rooms, and ensure a high level of hospitality

* Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

* Prepare, type, and finalize correspondence using Microsoft Office

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including regular trips to the post office

* Maintain reception and conference room areas to ensure a clean, organized, and professional space

* Offer beverages and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred

* Notary certification is a plus

* Exposure to document management systems is helpful; training will be provided

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
