Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role located in Moon, PA. The Front Desk Staff is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include managing appointment scheduling, checking clients in and out, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves handling basic billing or payment questions, organizing front office materials, and ensuring the reception area remains clean and presentable.
The Front Desk Staff collaborates with clinicians and administrative staff to support smooth office operations and a positive experience for all clients and families.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing schedules, and handling front desk operations.
- Effective phone etiquette skills, including answering, screening, and routing calls and taking accurate messages.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with email, scheduling software, and electronic record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior front desk, healthcare, or office experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow office policies and procedures.
