LHH is seeking an administrative professional for a high-touch, client-facing environment with a small law office in Richmond, VA.
* Provide administrative support including scanning, mailing, and assisting with data entry in timekeeping and billing systems
* Draft and address client correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
* Maintain strict confidentiality while supporting high net worth client interactions
* Assist with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting
* Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written presentation skills
* Legal industry experience is a plus but not required
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
