Pretrial​/Probation Services Technician

Location: Prince George

Prince George County is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Pretrial/Probation Services Technician. This position will be a Part-Time Regular position and will be responsible for providing data entry and clerical support to pretrial/probation staff, greeting visitors and assisting with matters relative to department programs and services.

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. An associate's degree in business, criminal justice or social work, or a related field preferred. A minimum of two years of related clerical or office support experience and customer service and strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is highly desired.

Must have a valid Virginia Driver's License. Possession of VCIN certification within 6 months from date of hire.
