The role of Administrative assistant is to provide office admin support in Bunge Shanghai office. Be responsible for Food Solutions Shanghai admin routine works and cover part of Bunge Shanghai admin works.

• Be responsible for Shanghai office reception and related administration arrangement;
• Be responsible for Shanghai office machine maintenance and stationery management; follow up on office environment and housekeeping management;
• Be responsible for employee mobile and local telephone monthly statement management and negotiate with China Mobile on related options;
• Be responsible for Office Notice/ Holiday arrangement Notice preparation and send over;
• Be responsible for Bunge Shanghai routine payment & Food Solutions Shanghai payment preparation;
• Support Food Solutions staff business travel arrangement/visa application/transportation coordination and benefit delivery/record (16HC);
• Assist with Employee Committee to support some benefit activities as needed in SH office;
• HR monthly HC reports preparation for Bunge Shanghai & Food Solutions Shanghai;
• Renewal of Employee Labor Contracts Bunge Shanghai & Food Solutions Shanghai;
• Monthly transportation and meal subsidy calculation Bunge Shanghai & Food Solutions Shanghai;
• Recording employee parental leave for Bunge Shanghai & Food Solutions Shanghai;
• Other assignments as needed.

• College graduate in Admin Management or related subject;
• Min 5 years secretary/admin experience is preferred;
• Candidate with basic accounting experience is also preferred;
• Understanding of China and local laws and regulations;
• Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese;
• Be independent, flexible and willing to take challenges;
• Strong communication skills and clear logicality.
