This position is part-time and works 29 hours/week at our Glenns campus. The hiring range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. This role is not eligible for benefits.
Reporting to a Program Head, the Clinical Placement Specialist is responsible for assisting Program Heads and Course Leads with the centralizing and logistical placement of students in clinical settings. This includes admissions processing, organizing, tracking and compiling clinical agency requirements and student onboarding packets, document processing, and student tracking and compliance across programs. The incumbent also tracks faculty and adjunct compliance with agency forms and deadlines.
This role prepares and maintains spreadsheets, electronic records, and tracking logs for such things as clinical placements, student enrollment, course registration, student data and division records. The incumbent conducts routine audits of student compliance files for department reporting and reports any compliance irregularities or issues to program heads and the dean.
This position also assists students with navigating online clinical management programs and the planning and coordination of new student orientation events and division meetings.
In addition, this role is responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships and effective communication with clinical agency liaisons, department staff and students, and responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
Minimum Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, including the ability to create new spreadsheets and documents. This includes the ability to work with multiple types of data requirements and complex data sets.
- Experience in complex environments working with people and data.
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, internet searching and data generation and management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring multiple competing demands.

- Initiative, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- LPN or ADN licensure preferred but not required.
