Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.

• Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry-level service work.

• Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.

• Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.

• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.

• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends as required.

Requirements

ADA Essential Duties

• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
