Your Role as an Advance Tire TechnicianAs a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
What You'll Do- Install and repair tires.
- Operate balancers and tire machines.
- Complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
- Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
- Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
- Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
- Paid weekly
Advanced Tire Technician → Lube/Alignment Technician → Service Technician → Service Manager → General Manager
