Euro Service Automotive is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Warrenton, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document vehicle conditions accurately.
• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, maintenance, and mechanical concerns.
• Utilize Shop-Ware, Steer CRM, Autologic, iScan, BMW ISTA, and OEM diagnostic software as part of the repair process.
• Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and shop leadership to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding customer service.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs the first time while maintaining shop standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles is required.
• A-Level European Automotive Technician preferred; experienced B-Level European Technicians will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs independently.
• Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Virginia State Safety Inspector license is a plus but not required.
