Bobby’s Auto Service Center is hiring a reliable, skilled, and motivated Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This is a full-time, on-site position in a professional, fast-paced, and well-equipped independent repair shop. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands that quality workmanship and customer safety come first.

We also believe that taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our customers. That’s why we do not work weekends. You’ll have every Saturday and Sunday off to enjoy your personal time, family, and activities outside of work.
- Performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Mounting and balancing tires.
- Performing tire repairs using tire plugs.
- Inspecting and maintaining Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Replacing and relearning TPMS sensors when necessary.
- Checking battery condition and replacing batteries when needed.
- Checking and adjusting tire pressure to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspecting vehicles for oil leaks and other maintenance concerns.
- Inspecting front suspension components for wear or potential safety issues.
- Checking and maintaining vehicle fluid levels, filters, belts, and other routine maintenance items.
- Performing minor repairs, such as replacing bulbs and other basic components.
- Performing preventive maintenance to improve vehicle safety, reliability, and longevity.
- Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, and management regarding vehicle condition and recommended repairs.
- Troubleshooting maintenance concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Following proper shop safety procedures and industry standards.
- Managing time effectively and maintaining a productive workflow.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal automotive training is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have your own professional set of automotive tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.
