Location: Dublin
The Packaging/Business Control intern will assist with a variety of task‑oriented work with the Packaging and Business Control team, including improving existing processes, performing statistical analysis, and assisting in data pre-processing/cleansing.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Work with the North America Packaging team to identify opportunities to optimize performance within the Distribution and Inventory Control processes
- Assist the North America Packaging and Business Control teams with operational project activities in support of Packaging/Business Control operations
- Work on business intelligence projects and data preparation
- Interact with different departments as needed to facilitate meetings, ask questions, document findings, and perform follow‑ups
- Apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking for business requirements with strong analytical skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics/Statistics; must be enrolled at an accredited school, with 30 semester hours completed prior to the start of the internship
- Must be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student at the start of the internship
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Fall interns may work up to 30 hours per week and must be enrolled as a student
- A highly motivated, dynamic person with detail orientation, organization, patience, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Works well within a team environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations in a dynamic environment
Compensation:
For all intern and co‑op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate is determined by geographic location, academic classification, and degree area of study, with considerations for pay equity and internal team equity.
