Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily work based on facility requirements, balancing and coordinating workload.
• Enforce standard methods and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Implement pay compliance (pay policy, coding, pay explanation).
• Engage and develop employees; coach and provide performance management.
• Execute training and cross‑training to maintain flexibility and efficiency.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, promote housekeeping, and enforce safety procedures.
• Lead health and safety committees and maintain a safe workplace.
• Control and report department metrics through staff education and accountability.
• Participate in or lead projects aligned with DC strategic goals, using tools such as 5S and Six Sigma.

Experience and

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business‑Related Field preferred.
