We’re seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join our mission of creating the world's safest work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact associate wellbeing while driving operational excellence.

As a WHS Manager, you will be the site’s safety champion, leading our Global WHS Program implementation. You’ll combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our people, bridging safety requirements and operational success with technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference. Responsibilities include risk assessments, safety data analysis, and implementing practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.

You will build relationships to influence positive change and help shape our safety culture. You’ll lead safety compliance, conduct site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements. You’ll manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care is available. Your analytical skills will transform safety data into actionable insights, and your leadership will engage associates in our safety mission.
