Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Objectives of the Function:Within the SOVAPAAC company, an ISO 22000 certified ICPE entity of the SARIA group, specialized in the freezing of category 3 animal by-products and under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and site performance within its scope.
The Missions:Deploy the Integrated Management System (IMS) in a continuous improvement objective with the support of the Group QSE Reference and two assistants:
- Design and organize the IMS according to the orientations of the management policy (ISO
22000, BREF SA, Safety, ICPE...) - Follow and pilot the key steps - risk analysis: quality (HACCP), safety (DUERP), environment (significant environmental aspects), management review, certification audits
- Animate the approaches, train, raise awareness: creation of adapted modules and/or animation of training for site personnel in order to develop the QSE culture of the 30 employees
- Follow the regulatory periodic calendar in the three areas, apply the new requirements and strive for the site's compliance
- Follow the process management indicators, activate action plans and improve the IMS
- Alert management of dysfunctions and risks in the three areas
- Audit suppliers and service providers, carry out internal audits
- Manage client audits and inspections by authorities (sanitary services, ICPE service)
- Follow the operation of the WTE plant and the cleaning service provider
- Be the preferred contact for relevant external (clients, authorities, suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Production Services, Maintenance, Procurement, Trade, etc.)
- Manage the service including 2 field animators, organize the work, define priorities, follow up, accompany, conduct annual interviews
- Participate in inter-site working groups
Expected: to be compliant with the requirements of the applied site references and current regulations in force. To achieve objectives in terms of QSE culture. Non-exhaustive list, which may evolve
The ProfileEducation/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Quality, Safety, Environment or equivalent.
· Successful experience in a similar function in IAA.
Skills:
· Mastery of the Office Pack.
· Mastery of risk analysis methods.
· Team and project management.
· Good oral and written expression.
· English level B2 desired.
Soft Skills:
· Force of proposal, capacity for analysis and adaptation.
· Rigor, autonomy, dynamism.
· Ability to convince, ease of relationship.
· Good communicator, team spirit.
Specificities:
Status of Master Agent assimilated to Executive, 218 days/year allowance.
