Job Duties

The Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of the Executive Secretary, is seeking applications for an ERP Support Specialist. This position will report to the Director of Fiscal Services.

The Department of Fiscal Services went live with a new Enterprise Resource Planning System, HAWKS (Human Resources, Accounting, Warehousing Knowledge System), on July 1, 2026. This position will provide administrative support across all areas of Fiscal Services (Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, User Support).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Triage issues and questions from the field received via email and phone

* Provide Tier 1 level support for field staff

* Assist Accounts Payable and Payroll with data entry for expenses and payment requests

* Track various metrics assigned by Fiscal Director to ensure system stabilization

* Other duties as assigned by Fiscal Director

Minimum Qualifications
