COA Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Dorado

Marriott Hotels - 100 Dorado Beach Drive - Responsibilities:
Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs;
Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies;
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment;
Monitor dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; complete maintenance work orders;
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as role model and primary contact for Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy;
Follow all safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications;
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets;
Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests with appreciation;
Develop positive working relationships; support team to reach goals; listen and respond to colleagues' concerns;
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
