Your Mission
Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate programs — from strategy to delivery — while mentoring a high-performing team. You’ll define quality standards, refine operations, and lead experiences that blend business value with destination impact.
This role is based in Shanghai.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle execution across corporate travel, incentive programs, and business visits
- Lead the design and rollout of destination-based, team-building, and executive experiences
- Build and manage a project team to maintain Wild China’s execution standards
- Use experiential learning to help teams reflect on individual and collective goals
- Define SOPs for specialized projects and enhance risk and safety protocols
- A confident leader and communicator, fluent in Chinese and English
- A university graduate (bachelor’s degree or above), preferably with experience in business travel or learning programs
- At least 5 years of full-time work experience, including 3+ years in project or client management
- Commercially sharp with the ability to acquire and apply new knowledge quickly
- Passionate about culture and destination-based learning
- Comfortable working across cultures and managing diverse teams
