Location: Shanghai

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team — a sharp, solutions-focused organizer who leads with clarity, builds strong teams, and delivers meaningful corporate programs with precision.

About Wild China Corporate Services

For over two decades, Wild China Corporate Services has made innovation our foundation — designing corporate visits and executive journeys that redefine how teams connect with China, with the world, and with themselves.

We’ve pioneered industry firsts in extraordinary destinations, working at the intersection of strategy and soul. Through our signature “Outside the Boardroom” experiences, we spark innovation, inspire reflection, and deliver lasting impact.

Your Mission

Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate programs — from strategy to delivery — while mentoring a high-performing team. You’ll define quality standards, refine operations, and lead experiences that blend business value with destination impact.

This role is based in Shanghai.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle execution across corporate travel, incentive programs, and business visits
  • Lead the design and rollout of destination-based, team-building, and executive experiences
  • Build and manage a project team to maintain Wild China’s execution standards
  • Use experiential learning to help teams reflect on individual and collective goals
  • Define SOPs for specialized projects and enhance risk and safety protocols
Who You Are
  • A confident leader and communicator, fluent in Chinese and English
  • A university graduate (bachelor’s degree or above), preferably with experience in business travel or learning programs
  • At least 5 years of full-time work experience, including 3+ years in project or client management
  • Commercially sharp with the ability to acquire and apply new knowledge quickly
  • Passionate about culture and destination-based learning
  • Comfortable working across cultures and managing diverse teams
Why Wild China
  • Shape transformative business experiences for some of the world’s most respected companies
  • Grow alongside a sharp, curious, and creative team
  • Explore global destinations through a deeply local, cultural lens
Let’s make 2025 a year of designing life-changing experiences — together.#J-18808-Ljbffr
