Project Manager / Sr Scheduling Architect. (Contract Contingent)
Pro Sidian Seeks a Project Manager / Sr Scheduling Architect. (Contract Contingent) located in Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of a Federal Government Agency. The Pro Sidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of a Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.
This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures. This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.
The ideal Project Manager / Sr Scheduling Architect. (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The Pro Sidian Engagement Team. The following are examples of what the Pro Sidian and The Client would consider personnel and the skills, and education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:
Qualification Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is desired. Work Experience includes eight years of operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of five years of experience managing projects and studies. Analyze and design requirements of major programs developing work breakdown structures on major programs and build integrated master schedules for large enterprise multi-node programs. The Scheduling Architect shall have the capability to manage enterprise multi-node programs of high complexity and to direct the completion of work within estimated time frames and resource constraints.
The Scheduling Architect shall coordinate all parties to calls and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to scheduling requirements. Key Personnel:
Ability To Serve As A Key Personnel Engagement Team Member. Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered to be essential to the work Pro Sidian performs. Prior to diverting any key personnel to other programs, Pro Sidian makes special efforts to notify Engagement Team Leads and Client Representatives reasonably in advance with appropriate justification, including proposed substitutions or replacements, in sufficient detail to permit The Client to evaluate the impact on the work Pro Sidian is obligated to perform.
