Business Development Manager - Licensing (라이선싱 / 한국시장) 담당업무
- 항체 및 바이오의약품 파이프라인의 Out-licensing, 공동개발(Co-development) 및 전략적 제휴 기회 발굴
- 회사 플랫폼 및 파이프라인 자산에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 잠재 파트너사 대상 소개 및 협력 기회 제안
- 파트너사 대상 Cross-functional Due Diligence 프로젝트 리드
- R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance 등 유관부서와 협업
- Term Sheet 작성, 계약 협상 및 Deal Closing 주도
- 파트너십 관리 및 Alliance Management 수행
- Business Development 및 Licensing 전략 수립 지원
- 국내외 BIO Conference, Partnering Meeting, Investor Meeting 등에서 회사 대표 활동
- 글로벌 제약·바이오 기업과의 파트너십 구축 및 유지
- 생명과학 관련 전공 석사 이상 학위 보유자
- 영어 및 한국어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수
- Business Development, Licensing 및 신약개발에 대한 높은 이해도 보유
- 우수한 전략적 사고 및 분석 능력 보유
- 뛰어난 프레젠테이션 및 협상 능력 보유
- Cross-functional 프로젝트 리딩 역량 보유
- 제약·바이오 분야 Licensing, BD 또는 Alliance Management 관련 경험자 우대
- 항체의약품 또는 신약개발 경험자 우대
- 한국 장기 근무 가능자 (Base in Korea)
