Associate Airline Economic & Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support economic and financial analysis of airline industry trends impacting pilots and collective bargaining.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast airline performance and pilot contract implications.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data from airline financial reports, industry databases, and regulatory sources.
• Prepare concise reports, charts, and presentations for senior economists, union leaders, and committees.
• Assist in evaluating contract proposals, pay structures, and benefit programs using quantitative methods.
• Monitor regulatory, competitive, and macroeconomic developments affecting airline economics.
• Collaborate with legal, safety, and labor teams to provide analytical input for policy and negotiations.
• Contribute to internal dashboards and tools that track airline performance and pilot labor metrics.
