Sales Support Analyst; entry level

Solaris Paper, is looking for an entry level Sales Data & Forecasting Assistant, who will support the Senior Sales Operations and Forecast Manager by helping organize sales data, prepare reports, and assist with forecasting activities. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets, sales analytics, and business forecasting.

• Collect and organize sales data from internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and update sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist in preparing simple charts, graphs, and summaries of sales performance.
• Help track forecast numbers and compare them with actual sales results.
• Check data for errors and help keep records accurate and up to date.
• Support with data requests and report preparation.
• Work with the sales team and other departments to gather needed information.
• Help maintain files, databases, and reporting templates.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, charts, and pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Experience working with sales, finance, and planning teams.
