Associate Program Manager
Location: Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL. Hybrid.
Duration: Initial 12 months contract with extensions.
Compensation: $25 - 30 per hour.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or authorized to work in US.
Job Description
Responsibilities- Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs that contribute to business operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals
- Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates
- Monitor and upscale program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication
- Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers
- Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed
- Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities
- Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills
- Support cross-functional coordination and contribute to team-level planning efforts
Position: Associate Program Manager.
Experience Level: 1 (1-5yrs).
Location: Candidate can be located in GPO (Pensacola, FL), WCC (Winchester, VA), or HQ (Vienna, VA).
Shift (Time): 8:00am - 4:30pm (local time).
Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
Contract Length: 12 months from start date.
