A community action agency is seeking a full-time Family Advocate for the Early Head Start/Head Start program in Rocky Mount, Virginia. This position focuses on supporting families to enhance child and family well-being, promoting parent involvement, and linking families with community resources. The successful candidate will ideally have a high school diploma or GED, with relevant experience in family services, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
A valid Virginia Driver’s License is required, along with the ability to pass background checks.
