As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Peak Project Manager to oversee our diverse range of resort construction projects. • Leading and supervising construction projects to ensure timely and budget‑compliant completion.
• Coordinating with contractors, in‑house departments, and external organizations, including utilities and government agencies.
• Managing project budgets and performing quantity takeoffs and resource development for new, renovation, and renewable energy projects.
• Soliciting bids, awarding contracts, and maintaining subcontractor documents.
• Scheduling and overseeing general and subcontractor activities and maintaining construction schedules.
• Conducting project evaluations, feasibility studies, and reviewing bids in collaboration with senior management.

• General knowledge of all aspects of construction and building trades.
• Excellent motivation, communication, and employee/ stakeholder relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with county officials, engineers, architects, and building vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, and P&L accountability.

• Current Contractor or Building Trade license.
• Experience in construction management and renewable energy projects.
• Willingness to take and pass the VA Class A Contractor exam if requested.

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with additional and weekend hours as needed.
