What You'll Be Doing:
We're searching for a Project Manager who brings both technical chops and a people-first mindset to the table. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency without sacrificing quality.

* Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors - delivering responsive, professional service at every touchpoint.

* Anticipate potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues escalate.

* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, support field teams, and maintain a cohesive, motivated crew.

* Coach and develop project staff, modeling a high-performance, solution-focused culture.

* Ensure thorough project documentation and full compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
