Commercial Electrician - Louisa, VA ($100k-125k)

Overview:

Immediate need for an Electrical Construction Specialist with 7+ years in large-scale commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee electrical construction work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

* Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals

* Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards

* Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and installation

* Manage subcontractors and support project scheduling and progress tracking

* Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements

* Maintain project documentation, reports, and inspection records

Requirements:

* 7+ years of electrical construction experience (large commercial projects)

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Experience managing subcontractors and project coordination

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Procore experience is a plus

* Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (10+ years)

* Certifications such as PMP or CCM (preferred)

* Data center or mission-critical project experience (preferred)
