Airport Pavement Estimator and Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Airport Pavement Estimator and Operations Coordinator will oversee and manage pavement maintenance programs for airport projects. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role entails regular collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

• Expertise in Estimations and Cost Analysis for pavement or construction projects
• Experience in Operations Coordination, Scheduling, and Project Management
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and teams
• Proficiency with industry-relevant software applications for estimates and scheduling
• Understanding of regulatory and safety compliance standards in construction or airport environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior work experience in pavement, aviation, or construction industries is a plus
