Job Title: Construction Site Quality Specialist

Location(s):
Yorktown, VA
Richmond - will travel to various worksite locations local to Richmond area

The candidate will be responsible for driving a company vehicle/company rental vehicle. They must be committed to the driving requirements and the team dynamic, as the company seeks strong team players and individuals dedicated to the position, willing to grow and develop with the team. Candidates should be willing to go the extra mile for support.

• Drive company vehicles to various worksite locations in the Richmond area.
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications and material requirements.
• Read and interpret manuals, technical instructions, and drawings.
• Prepare brief written reports accurately.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule work to meet construction deadlines.
• Utilize personal computer and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes) effectively.

• Local candidates only;
  Per Diem not eligible for this role.
• Working knowledge of power generation and pollution control equipment.
• General knowledge of construction and operational field work practices, equipment utilization, and work component scheduling.
• Skilled in problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with management and co-workers and to make effective decisions.
• Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry safety practices.
• Minimum HS Diploma required.
