Construction Project Manager

MILLER Brothers, Inc. is a fourth-generation, veteran- and woman-owned commercial general contractor in the middle of a real growth phase. We're building the team and the infrastructure to match the company we're becoming, and we need a Project Manager who's ready to grow with us, and help lead that growth. We operate throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, DC, and West Virginia.

Manage multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Drive schedule, budget, and quality with relentless accountability. Sequence work correctly and enforce critical path with safety and urgency. Build client relationships that turn one-time jobs into lifelong partnerships. Cultivate the subcontractor and design partner relationships that make exceptional construction possible - because the quality of what we deliver is only as good as the people we build it with.

Compensation: $110,000 to $150,000 base depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.
