The Project Supervisorservesastheprimaryfieldrepresentativefor Sunstallandisresponsibleforpromotingacultureofsafety ,quality workmanship,accountability,and teamwork.

• Leadbyexamplewhilepromoting Sunstall'scorevaluesofsafety,quality,professionalism,and teamwork.
• Supervise Lead Foremen ,Foremen,Lead Installers,andfieldcrews.
• Plandailyworkactivitiesandassignlaborandequipmenttomaximizeproductivity.
• Mentor,coach,anddevelopfieldemployeesthroughongoingtrainingandconstructivefeedback.
• Fosterapositive,respectful,andproductiveworkenvironment.
• Holdteammembersaccountableforsafety,attendance,quality,andperformanceexpectations.
• Assistwithhiring,onboarding,andretainingqualifiedfieldpersonnel.
• Provideemployeeperformancefeedbacktothe Project Manager .

• Managedailyfieldoperationsforutility-scalemechanicalsolarconstructionprojects.
• Coordinateprojectactivitieswiththe Project Manager ,General Contractor,Owner,andothertrades.
• Ensureworkisperformedaccordingtoprojectdrawings,specifications,schedules,andqualitystandards.
• Monitorprojectprogressandadjustlaborandequipmentresourcestomaintainproductiongoals.
• Identifypotentialscheduleimpactsorprojectrisksandcommunicatesolutionsproactively.
• Ensureprojectscopechangesaredocumentedandapprovedbeforeadditionalworkisperformed.
• Maintainorganizedandefficientworkflowthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

• Actasthesite'ssafetyleaderandpromoteaproactivesafetyculture.
• EnsurecompliancewithOSHAregulations,companysafetypolicies,and project-specific requirements.
• Identifyandcorrectunsafeconditionsorbehaviorsimmediately.
• Conductdailysafetymeetingsandtoolboxtalks.
• Ensureallrequiredsafetydocumentationiscompletedaccuratelyandontime.
• Supportaccidentinvestigationsandimplementcorrectiveactionswhennecessary.

• Coordinatecorrectiveactionsfordeficienciesandensuretimelyresolution.
• Supportprojectpunchlistcompletionandfinalturnoveractivities.

• Coordinateequipmentutilizationandmaintenanceschedules.
• Ensureheavyequipment,piledriving equipment,tools,andrentalequipmentareproperlyinspected,maintained,and documented.
• Monitormaterialdeliveries,inventory,storage,and handling.
• Coordinatesitelogisticstomaintainefficientproduction.
• Ensureproperhousekeeping,waste disposal,andrecyclingthroughouttheproject.

• Prepareaccuratedailyandweeklyreports,including:
