Rate: $35-$38/hr on w2 - without benefits
Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous professional to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong editing, proofreading, and organizational skills to ensure all email communications align with brand standards, editorial guidelines, and compliance requirements. This role involves close collaboration with creative, business, and brand teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
  • 4 years of experience in digital content editing, copyediting, or agency work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, punctuation, and error detection.
  • Demonstrated ability to verify revisions with accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Workfront (or similar project management software).
  • Working knowledge of the AP Stylebook.
  • Knowledge of Figma and Slack.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards.
  • Background in fintech.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and proofread emails created by in-house teams and external agencies for alignment with best practices, editorial standards, and brand voice.
  • Provide clear and constructive editorial feedback using Adobe Workfront and Google Workspace tools.
  • Collaborate with business and creative teams as an email subject matter expert to update existing campaigns or develop new email marketing creatives.
  • Manage multi-stage internal reviews and approvals with brand and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adhere to regulatory and accessibility compliance guidelines.
