Customer Service Leader - Office Assistant (Front End)
We're seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Leader - Office Assistant to support front-end operations and help deliver great customer service. This role assists store leadership, ensures smooth checkout operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized front end.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Operate registers and handle cash, refunds, and transactions
- Support front-end standards and assist the Customer Service Manager
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist customers with questions and carry-outs when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Willingness to learn and support multiple front-end duties
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month
