Position: Nurse Concierge (LPN)
Location: Gloucester

Concierge Position

Join our team at Walter Reed Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 181‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility dedicated to compassion and quality care.

We offer a full‑time opportunity with same‑day pay and the option to add $3 per hour to your base salary if you waive benefits.

  • $28.50–$33.50 per hour salary range
  • Same‑day pay

Responsibilities
  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
  • Greeting potential residents, families, and visitors.
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
Qualifications
  • Current, active LPN license in Virginia required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service‑related field required; experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence, and perspective; knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as phone etiquette.
  • Experience dealing with multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments.
  • Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems.
