Hybrid (Must live within 60 miles of Winchester, VA) | Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) | Pay: $19.50/hour
We are seeking experienced Member Service Representatives to support a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact center environment. The role focuses on assisting members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, schedule‑driven setting. You will handle back‑to‑back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience.
Training Schedule- Training:
July 13, 2026 – August 7, 2026 - Monday – Friday: 9AM – 5PM EST
Shifts available after training:
- Monday – Saturday OR Sunday – Friday:
Must be open from 12PM – 9:30PM EST
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a structured contact center environment
- Assist members with consumer loans, accounts, and financial services inquiries
- Process transactions related to loans, deposits, and credit accounts
- Provide accurate information while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements
- Use active listening and problem‑solving to address member needs
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Recommend relevant products/services based on member needs
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Follow strict schedules, including assigned breaks and meals
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience in a high‑volume environment
- Prior experience in a call center, banking/financial services, administrative support, or high‑volume retail setting
- Proven ability to handle back‑to‑back calls and meet performance metrics
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and speed
- Experience working in a structured, schedule‑driven environment
- Ability to multi‑task across multiple systems/screens while on calls
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Demonstrated ability to follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to strict scheduling expectations
- Experience with consumer loans or financial products
- Previous work in a contact center supporting financial accounts
- Background in mortgage, banking, or credit services
- Administrative or receptionist experience in a professional environment
- Strong sales mindset with ability to identify customer needs and suggest solutions
- Fully remote role (location requirement applies)
- Must be available to work in a 24/7/365 contact center environment
- Flexible shifts with start/end times that may vary by 1 hour
- Must maintain 9.5 hours of daily availability
- Ability to take back‑to‑back calls for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
- Required to follow strictly scheduled breaks and meal periods
- Comfortable working in a highly monitored, performance‑driven environment

The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. - Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
