Location: Glen Lyn
Trailers Plus, a division of Interstate Group, is seeking dedicated individuals for our Glen Lyn, VA contact center. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to both Spanish and English speaking customers, acting as the first point of contact when they call. Your responsibilities will include helping customers set appointments for trailers, parts, or services, while also meticulously entering information into our CRM system.
