Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader (CTL) to join our dynamic pediatric dental practice. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in managing dental teams but will also embody our core values of positivity, optimism, kindness, and empathy. Job Duties
  • Lead and manage a team of dental assistants, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth among the staff, while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
  • Stay calm and composed in challenging situations, providing guidance to both staff and patients to ensure a comfortable environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the practice, including instruments, procedures, materials, and software (e.g., Dentrix), and lead by example.
  • Oversee scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure optimal staffing levels to maintain smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with office management and regional leaders on team development, training, and operational strategies.
  • Organize monthly team-building activities to strengthen workplace culture and staff morale.
We are looking for:
  • Preferred 2 years of experience managing a team in a dental practice
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for creating a positive and structured work environment.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix and clinical procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in dental software and clinical procedures.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure while handling patient and staff needs.
