Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of the dental team.
  • Utilize practice resources, including Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.
  • Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
  • Maintain a clinical workflow that averages 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
  • Serve a patient base primarily aged 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
  • Coordinate care within a practice that typically has a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • Manage state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

  • Guaranteed base pay of $850 per day with uncapped earning potential.
  • Sign‑on bonus up to $30,000.

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided or where eligible for licensure.
  • Certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Necessitated nitrous oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
