Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist (Hampton / Newport News) – Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
• Use Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Work with a team that includes one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adults, averaging 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients daily.
• Accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• Guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential.
• No lab fees.
• Full‑time providers are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (available states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
• Willing and available to travel to Hampton, VA and Newport News, VA.
