Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing‑education credits, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Deliver direct patient care under general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to offer same‑day care.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess dental condition and review patients’ medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary.
• Take and store x‑rays in patient charts as needed.
• Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion to patients and parents.
• Work primarily with children, who constitute 70% or more of the patient base.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
