We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
- Work with Denta Pro software.
- Utilize Digital x‑ray and Panoramic units.
- Operate fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Maintain a provider ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants.
- Serve a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population; 70% or more of the patient base are children.
- Manage an office flow of an average of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
- Handle state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.
- Guaranteed base pay of $850 per day with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus: $30,000.
- Relocation assistance: $7,500.
- Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month.
- No lab fees.
- Full‑time providers eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA/FS, short‑term and long‑term disability, and basic life insurance paid by the company.

- Visa and green‑card sponsorship available.
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or where licensure is available.
- Other certifications as required, such as CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous oxides certification (required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
