As a General Dentist with our team, you will manage a diverse range of dental cases with the support of a highly skilled team, including front desk staff, assistants, and hygienists. The role offers an outstanding patient base and ample production opportunities, allowing for excellent income potential.

• Deliver high‑quality general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and implant services
• Provide patient‑centered care, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
• Engage in open communication with staff and patients, contributing to a supportive office environment
• Maintain high treatment acceptance and build lasting relationships within the community

• Salary: $125k to $220k dependant on experience
• 12‑month income guarantee with the opportunity to switch to outstanding collections‑based bonus pay once exceeding guarantee amount
• 401(k) with 4% matching after one year
• 50% health insurance coverage (opportunities to increase)
• Minimum $2,500 for continued professional development (CPD)

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Newly qualified dentists are welcome; experience is beneficial for higher initial production levels

Full‑time preferred, with five‑day coverage desired. Part‑time basis also available. Most offices operate between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
