Aboutthe Position
We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base).
Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
- Work in a practice equipped with Denta Pro software, Digital X‑ray and Panorex units, fibre‑optic handpieces, and completed yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Maintain a patient base primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population, with a payor mix that includes state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payors.
- Manage office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
- Participate in morning huddles, plan the day, support teamwork, highlight examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.
- Travel to 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222; 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
- Guaranteed base pay of $800 per day with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000.
- Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month.
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000.
- No lab fees.

- Visa and Green Card sponsorship available.
- BDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Additional certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Willingness and ability to travel to the specified locations.
