Associate Dentist

Summary

Join a dental practice dedicated to offering high‑quality care to underserved families.

Responsibilities

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team.

Practice Features and Support:

Denta Pro software
Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
Fiber‑optic handpieces
Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
Team composition: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
Patient mix: primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population
Average daily volume: 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients
Insurance mix includes state insurance plans, PPOs, and out‑of‑network payors

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the required state(s)
CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
Nitrous Oxide certification (required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
Compassion and strong desire to provide care to children and adults
Reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships
