Dentist

The Lackey Clinic is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our compassionate and mission-driven team, primarily on Tuesdays with potential for additional days . This position offers a competitive salary and a unique opportunity to practice dentistry in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

As a nonprofit, Christian-based free and charitable clinic , Lackey integrates medical and dental services to treat the whole person. Our mission is to provide skilled, compassionate healthcare and counseling to the medically underserved in a manner that honors the name of Jesus Christ .

• Digital radiography
• Dentrix and Dexis software systems
• Onsite collaboration with medical providers to support whole-person care

• Preventive care and hygiene
• Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns)
• Extractions
• Limited endodontic services (case-by-case)

• Diagnose and deliver appropriate dental care, including exams, restorations, extractions, crowns, and root canal therapy as appropriate
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
• Collaborate with dental staff to develop and coordinate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as needed in accordance with clinical standards
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including diagnoses, treatments, and care plans

• Part-time
• Typically 8-hour shifts
• Primary need:
  Tuesdays (additional days may be available)
• 401(k)
