Overview

• Daily compensation of $1,000-$4,000 – structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Work efficiently within the dental office environment with trained clinical staff
• Uphold compliant, patient‑centered oral surgery care standards

• DS/DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program
• Demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience as a general dentist – significant hands‑on volume performing complex and surgical extractions
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care to underserved dental patients

• Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
