Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Dental Hygienist – full time or part time. Pay range $55-70 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time hires and $5,000 for part‑time hires.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist and provide general support to the office.
• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patients’ dental condition and needs; review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary.
• Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents.
• Work primarily with children, who comprise at least 70% of the patient base.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
