Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to support our mission and help create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist.
- Provide quality and compassionate care, including scaling, prophylaxis, radiographs, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures.
- Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess dental condition and review medical history.
- Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
- Guide patients through the treatment process.
- Assist with charting, including dental and perio charting when necessary and take/save x‑rays into patient charts.
- Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion.
- Enjoy working with children, who comprise at least 70% of our patient base.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment, required upon hire.
