** who has the uncommon blend of excellent technical and administrative skills along with genuine care and concern for patients and one another.
* Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
* Two Fridays/month 8:45am-2:15pm

Job Responsibilities:

*** Answer phones, address or redirect to the correct team member as appropriate
* Patient check in/check out
* Schedule appointments to optimize efficiency and patient experience
* Verify insurance for new patients and new insurance for existing patients in advance
* Check new patient appointments for the coming week, add insurance information to patient record, and verify the insurance benefits
* Review treatment plans with patients with the guidance of the doctor and/or dental assistant. Help them to understand sequence of procedures and timing of payments. Assist with application for third-party financing if patient wishes.
* File claims
* Answer questions from patients about their insurance or claims
*
* Qualifications:

*** 2+ years dental experience preferred
* Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
* Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
