• Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
• Deliver Adult Dentistry focused treatments, including Restorations, Extractions, Fixed/Removables, and Endodontics (including molar endo).
• Support practice operations with a 1:1 hygienist/hygiene assistant to 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Maintain office flow with an average of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
• Assist in morning huddles, plan your day, and promote a positive image of the company.

• Denta Pro software
• Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
• Fiber‑optic handpieces
• OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training (yearly)

Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location). State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• Other certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

• Guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential.
